Not a good experience. Company at fault but didn’t seem to think it really mattered. Have to wait until replacement part arrives. Totally unacceptable.
Better buying from a local stockist who can give full demonstration and provide hands on assistance should any further help be required. A classic example of online purchasing.

Absolutely appalling booking system which is basically automated. Wasted two hours waiting on the phone and using online chat. I have a reference no but was told someone would be in contact? 19.02pm Nothing heard and every branch closed. It appears now with this automated option I have lost the option of going to them as opposed to mobile fitter. I am totally lost as to how any insurance company would use this firm. They obviously don’t care. Maybe insurance companies should start using other firms. It obviously displays a very poor attitude toward customers
