I ordered a pair of size 12 men’s walking shoes (slip ons) they are more like size 10.5 Nowhere near the description I read online. Not great quality either. I would not use this company again. They do not respond to complaints. Charity shop was happy.

Great value for money, smooth running level line loading easy to use. A perfect reel for a beginner or someone on a budget. I bought it as a backup but I will be using it on a regular basis, it was much better than I expected. Happy

I have used Waveinn several times now and I have always had great service from them. Reasonable postage/courier charges and I haven’t found better prices elsewhere. Delivery time from Europe is good. I have purchased fly rods, clothing and recently 2 shimano reels (£10 cheaper than elsewhere)“You get exactly what it says on the tin”.
What’s not to like?.

I ordered a watch for a friend (£100) a bottle of whisky for myself and one other small item. I got a message the following evening saying driver attempted delivery we will try again. I checked our security cameras and nobody came to our house. I was asked (by message) to ad some delivery instructions. I did that (multiple choice of questions) waste of time. I tried to ring customer services but spoke to a robotic voice that led me around in circles. A clever system so that they never have to deal with a customer in person. I still have no idea if I will receive my order or not. No updates on order status at all. Not happy.
Will not be using Amazon again even if this situation gets resolved.

Great customer service, my 3 year old flashlight decided to die, I contacted Olight customer service and asked if they could repair it - they said no it’s been discontinued and 48 hours later I received a brand new replacement in the post free of charge.
You can’t knock that!.
Happy customer and I will be using Olight products again in the future 👍🏼

I can honestly say that this is one company I would recommend to anyone, my recent purchase ( pre-owned GoPro ) was better than the description on their website, it arrived securely packaged and in virtually new condition. I am more than pleased with my purchase.

I have rated Tecobuy as one star, if I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a GoPro camera from them a month ago because they offered the best price on the web, after virtually no communication with me they finally informed me they couldn’t supply the camera due to “logistical problems”, PayPal issued new a full refund.
I seriously would recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere for perhaps a few pounds more. I was hoping the camera I ordered from Tecobuy would arrive in time for a special event but I’ve missed that now. Don’t trust this company.
