Had problems with leaks I couldn't afford to get fixed due to local plumbers quoting ridiculous amounts of money,got leaks fixed by the very reasonable plumber Norman, during this time my bills just went up and up until I spoke to Neil who couldn't have been more helpful in resolving my issues,he is by far the best customer support operative I have ever spoken to and will be forever grateful to him,I think sometime in the future he will be running Welsh Water,!! he certainly deserves to and I would like my eternal thank,s passed on to him if possible.
Customer blaming idiots,site enter here buttons rarely work,screen slider never works,constant email,s asking you to enter competitions you,ve already entered,did everything suggested to resolve issues but still the same,I t department needs upgrading as all they want to do is apportion blame on the customer not actually resolve the issue , problem,s are obviously at their end not the customers, recently floated on stock market,do not buy,if you can't enter comps means no customers leading to stock market de listing in a short space of time.Botb also ask you to download their app when Google strongly advise not to do this as it's an unsafe site and hackable,what a way to treat your customers leaving them open to hacker's,all botb want is your money and I thought being blitzed with email,s to gamble on umpteen competitions was illegal,??

You get bounced between umpteen different departments before you get to the one you need who are then absolutely no use at all,site won,t accept my email so never been able to access my account or been able to access my email,s for years,get lied to that problems have been resolved when they have not, would advise anybody using this company to leave as soon as possible,all their interested in is giving you offers not resolving any issues.
Absolutely useless customer service, haven't been able to access emails for years or my account to check bills etc,rang umpteen times to resolve this issue with no joy, leaving this sorry excuse for a company as soon as possible.

Knocked half the door,s on the street at 8,45am asking residents to move their cars so they could fit in their enormous lorry and two huge vans just to spray a bit of insulation into someone's loft,they parked all three vehicles on the pavement blocking other work van's from getting through and forcing pedestrian,s onto a busy road to get past their vehicle,s which there intimidating workers found highly amusing.Stay in Bridgend in future where you belong.The company I,m referring to is Crsenergy Bridgend.Wales.the government grant people who fit loft insulation and cavity wall insulation usually for free.

This awful company cost me over £300 in lost purchases and returns,they tie you up with t+c,s that favour the seller,they don't investigate your complaints and the 9% extra charge to insure your purchases is a load of rubbish it,s just an added charge from which you receive nothing,I hear this company is run by the Russian Mafia so it's not surprising that eventually your money and purchases just disappear with no recompense, avoid this company because I guarantee eventually it will cost you money,they and their sellers are nothing but thieves hiding behind t+c,s and the Russian curtain,also don't buy anything from Turkey their postal system is riddled with theft and not covered by international law so again when your purchase goes missing you lose your money with no recompense and no help from catawiki

Delivered to wrong address,supplied with picture of delivery that was,nt my front door or my letterbox,wasted loads of time tracking down parcel,prats.

Our call out charge taken at the time of booking covers the engineers travel, to carry out a visual inspection and to provide a quotation. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an accurate quotation here from the office, there is only so much that we would be able to advise at the point of call.
We are a family run business and all 15 engineers are employed by us as well as our office team. All of our engineers live local to their area covering a 30 mile radius.
We have requested further information from you as we would like to go back and listen to the initial phonecall.
New inn Pontypool.Ordering via app has become a total waste of time,you arrive at order point to be told items missing from order and that your not actually there, you re give code already given which is,nt recognised then get shouted at by staff as to code clearly given and shown on screen but not recognised by staff,you end up driving away with no food just like previously and absolutely fuming, shit app,shit staff,shit company.
Told ogi I don't want their product over the phone but they keep persisting in knocking my door which is harassment,was thinking of joining but definitely won't be now.Why are you asking for details,??Can,t you read plain English.?

1 - It seems that firstly, you marked this order as delivered, so the payment was automatically released to the seller: Once the consignee marks the order as delivered, it is not possible to return to the previous status.
2 - Then, the lot was delivered, but it was not working properly. We see that you shared 5 photos with us, but to properly assess this issue, our experts needed a video on which the defect was visible. We didnt' receive your video, otherwise we would have proceeded with the claim, as it is also in our best interest to solve this case.
3 - About the Consumer Protection Act: As you were informed via email, it was not possible to cancel this order through CPA because you live outside the European Union and the seller is not a professional seller.
4 - You returned the item before the investigation and before confirming the address for the return. We see that due to problems with shipments in Turkey, the seller provided you with the correct address for return, but at this point, you had already shipped the item.
