Placed an order on 2nd July

Placed an order on 2nd July. Order says sent on website, tracking link doesn't work on courier website, nothing arrived, impossible to contact. I have placed orders for years with these guys. It's the last order I will place and will be getting a full refund on my card.

Update. I received the order. Changing review rating on this basis.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been an entire month of trying to get a faulty product replaced with over a dozen emails and support tickets and in the end they try to offer me a partial refund. Absolute scammers.

Update 31st May. Eventually a month later a professional employee, Stefania, managed to resolve the issue and I was issued a full refund. I have added one star to the review only because she dealt with the issue quickly. I couldn't add more because of all the time I wasted sending emails and support tickets. If there were more people like Stefania working for vidaXL they wouldn't have so many bad reviews.

Muy mal producto y empresa

cinco de las seis luces no funcionan y el soporte insistió en que tomara videos del producto roto y luego no responden cuando quiero un reemplazo.

Update: Below they said they called. They were supposed to call back but never did. No emails, no resolution - still stuck with 5 broken lights!

Update: Still no response. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with without exception.
