A job well done 👍🏻

Richard Lawrence came to us to service our water softener for the first time (installed by previous owners) but as it turned out, we needed an entirely new one(!)
He was excellent throughout and told us why the current one needed replacing. He was professional, and did all the necessary tests. The new unit is smart and tidy and fits nicely in our cabinet.
Richard explained everything well and even hung around to ensure no further leakages.
Thanks for all your help Richard!

Pricey and wanted more out of the bottle

Both children wanted these bottles as they become a fad at school, and whilst both paid for them with their pocket money, I think the bottles are really quite pricey for what they actually are. After all, you are just paying for a change of smell and all the extra pods do cost more money.

They are solid bottles I will give the company that, and the parts are robust but there are lots of bottles out there which are completely leak-proof and relatively more “child-friendly.”

For instance, the company might consider developing more of a flip top lid rather than a screw-top one which would be easier for children to use and access. Unless you screw the lids on relatively tightly and ensure the rubber mouthpieces are pushed down securely, the bottles aren’t really leak proof.

In addition, the shape of the bottle with the angle at the top can be awkward.

Great Solicitors!

Fantastic service, efficient and well communicated throughout with our Solicitor. Natalie Webster was brilliant and keep us posted throughout the whole house sale and purchase process. She answered all our questions professionally and swiftly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
In addition, uploading documents and answering questions on the online portal was a doddle and much easier to manage.

Review of Swoon

Faulty goods

Re-ordered the 3-door Hugo sideboard in full mango wood as our first choice with the white surround was not suitable. Turns out that this new item was delivered as faulty. Door does not shut. Currently in discussion with customer service as to returning this. Unfortunately next available delivery of another sideboard is not till December!

Am guessing fast delivery in a week meant someone else returned this item maybe without notifying Swoon. Previous delivery took more than a month.

Disappointed.
