BEWARE !!!!!!!!
Ok, so i have a cooker thats been insured with them for 2 years, it developed a serious fault where putting the lid down didn't cut the gas off, so i rang them , they said they would get someone out within 2 days, great i thought, then the day before the engineer appointment i get a text out the blue stating that the repair is cancelled, so i waste more of my time ringing them , they state the repair engineer that was booked doesn't deal with gas, lol, what???? Thats not my fault, they are the repair company, they deal with repairs, they take my money for the cover for a GAS cooker, so they , without telling me cancel the engineer as he does not deal with gas, not my problem. I would seriously consider it if you go with these clowns

Stay well clear of them. It’s as simple as that.

If you want delivery times that pass without being contacted , poor customer services and generally a horrible stressful crappy experience, then order a Hotpoint product.

If you don’t want hassle , trouble , stress and failure to turn up whey they say , then order from elsewhere

I am VERY VERY VERY happy with my rubber playground mats
None of my mates believed me a few years ago when I suggested covering my HORRIBLE council slabs with a rubber surface , I’m not sure it even was available.
Fast forward to today.
The product is amazing
It looks brilliant
My little daughter is soooooooooo much safer than running around on hard concrete slabs.
I have more peace of mind.
I don’t feel bad about myself not having got this area safer as it’s safer now.
The customer service is brilliant , the delivery was fast and efficient and the price is the best anywhere.
I bought 28 playground tiles and now they have arrived and I have fitted them , I will now get the next 28 to finish the job.
When you have an idea , when you order something you just never know how good it’s going to be.
These are EXACTLY what you would want if you described the perfect solution to horrible slabs.

The chap at the company called Michael is one of the most helpful blokes you could wish for.
Do I sound excited , I do , and I am. Staring at council slabs that look horrible for 21 years takes its toll on the brain.
I knew there was a solution , I just had to wait for it to be invented.
If you ever fancy a solution to an eyesore then this is your answer. And they feel great when you walk on them too, I am happy

PLEASE READ !!!!!!!
I have been with Co-op bank for years. Please don’t ask me why. Today was the LAST STRAW.
I have tried ALL DAY to ring them 63 minutes , 41 minutes , 58 minutes ( all three then cut off as I tried again )
I have just been on hold for 57 minutes and at 18.00hrs while still on hold it then said that they are closed and cut me off.
Sometimes you really need to contact your bank , if this isn’t possible then you need to close your account and move on.
Which is EXACTLY what I will now start the process of.
How can a bank get so so so so terrible , so poor , so uncontactable.
They are like your dying pet , you just have to , when the time comes put them to sleep.
Co-op , you have MASSIVELY let yourselves down and you DO NOT deserve customers.
Your service is abysmal !!!!!!!

This company is a DISGRACE
The customer services is actually the most ignorant , disgraceful incompetent I have ever witnessed in the 50 years I have walked this planet.
I was PROMISED a call back by “Dan” a supervisor.
I KNEW he wouldn’t call back.
I can’t put into words how bad they are.
It’s disgraceful

I have been with Healthshield for TWENTY NINE YEARS , back to the days when they were called Transport , Hospital fund.
I joined the day I joined the railway all those years ago.
I have NEVER had one problem , claiming speed is like a bolt of lightening.
From uploading your receipt ( no sending things in the post these days folks ) you can actually have the money in your bank in as quick as 3 to 5 days.
They are brilliant.
Each claim has a type of qualification that the person giving the treatment has to posesss which are very clearly stated and very broad so you can always find the right qualifying treatment.
They are just brilliant.
And I’m not just saying this and after 29 years I would like to think I qualify for an honest review.
I give them 10 out 10 and swear by them.
They even answer the phone within a few seconds.
To everyone who works there , top job your doing and keep it up.

They are quite simply the WORST energy supplier. I have been with them for years and they have gone down a very steep slope and at the bottom are just useless.
PLEASE dont go with EON and as soon as my balance is down to zero i will leave them like a very fast bullet
