Poor service and broken promises
Extremely poor service from Welsh Water. We waited five days for a repair while having no water upstairs due to a leak. During that time, I was told on three separate occasions that someone was coming out — nobody turned up any of those times.
When the pipe was eventually repaired, the situation somehow got worse. They left a huge hole in my garden along with plastic fencing and equipment. Over a month later, the hole is still there and nothing has been reinstated.
Every time I phone to complain, I’m promised it will be sorted, but nothing ever happens. There is no follow-through and no accountability. I have young children and the garden is unsafe, yet this still doesn’t seem to prompt any action.
Completely unacceptable service, poor communication, and endless broken promises. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Unfortunetly i would not use Ledisa again due to long shipping times, its day 10 and i still haven't recieved my order!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! They will take your money and you will never receive your order!!! Emailed them for an update and no response!!! Wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased!!! Absolute thieves!!!!

You really need to improve your phone lines! I have phoned 6 times! Only to be cut off or to speak to someone with very poor English! It takes over 30 minutes of being on hold everytime I call! Ridiculous!

Very informative and interesting experience. Really enjoyed cutting up the organs and seeing whats inside 😁 not for the faint hearted but highly recommend if your interested in this kind of thing!

First time ordering from skinny bakery and they arrived today, very easy to order and arrived on time, they came very well packed with good information about ingredients, calories and use by dates. They taste so good loads of flavour and really satisfies your sweet tooth. :)

AVOID!!! Terrible company placed an order over a month ago! And still haven't recieved it! Had no correspondence! Terrible customer service! I want a refund!! Do not buy from this company you will lose your money!!

Quick recovery

Ordered some bulky items online and was very impressed with the service.
By far the cheapest price compared to other companies and very cheap delivery costs.
Arrived on time and was kept up to date by txt telling me it was on its way.
Delivery man was very friendly and helpful and carried the items to the door.
Can't recommend Wickes enough! Excellent service throughout, will definetly use again
