Horrible support, they sold a refirbished item, it was missing A11-6 part and they don't want even to sell this part

They had a glitch on the website that charged many but order wasn't correctly placed. THey returned money but i lost all Black Friday discounts and a ton of time wasted. THe support promised me to solve this issue but no result.

I paid the tax twice - on Agoda and then all 6 hotels charged me the same tax. Agoda can't do anything for almost 2 months and ignoring me many times in the support

THe service is super horrible, agter changing from Leyifan to Rakufun the website works very inefficiently, they make errors a lot, and we have to spend many times more time for the same activities. It's disgusting. Don't recommend at all!

They have a good potential especially taking into account Split Tunnel feature for MacOS but the support is poor. I wasted a lot of time in the ticket #26346530 on the paid plan but didn't get a proper attention and the urge to solve the issue. Split Tunnel works on MacOS and Android TV but in a very inconvenient way.

The support has been lying every other time during the last months. They probably understood they have to say to think a customer positive, any lie. They can promise you gift cards, price differences, anything. Then you leave 5-star feedback and get nothing. When you realize that you can't do anything. Perhaps even those support guys don't work anymore. I think Amazon pays so little to these guys or forces them to work so much that we got his horrible support and attitude. Now I try to avoid buying at Amazon when I can.

Don't allow to use Ukrainian phone number

I lost a big amount of money because the seller used the tracking number for another name and address and name in my city to fake shipping goods when he actually haven't. In dispute and appeal Aliexpress didn't try to analyse my proofs.

Cancelled my order because I used the foreign credit card and then raised the price for this product on 50% from 1200! to 1800$. I hate them!

That's amazing functionality. The only one serious disadvantage I can say about is not fixing the code of the form. So when I finished with testing and feel assure everything works fine they once changed the code of the form to a buggy one so for a while customers experienced the issues. They should fix the code for the not changing forms to guarantee it stays correct and stable.

My card details were comprimised. I asked for some solution but not to block the card because they stopped reissue new cards for my country. I stated it clearly in my request, they heve even this option in the form of the dispute! They ignored my request and blocked my card. Now they don't make an exclusion and don't want to issue a new card becuase of their fault. Because of many nuances in my country now I have to lose more 10-20% if I want to withdraw my money and have the same assets on my bank account.
