Ordered a reverse apex garden shed

Ordered a reverse apex garden shed. Delivered to my back garden by Tee &Mark bang in the middle of allocated time slot. Nothing was a trouble to them , took time to explain everything including tips on assembly. Shed is very good quality, very impressed with the service. Thank you.

Review of Stovax & Gazco

Service by Jon Thompson

Bought a Gazco Studio 1 gas fire eight years ago. Service in the past by local gas engineer amounted to a 5 minute hover of the burner, job done. Thought it prudent to have fire checked and serviced by Gazco due to its age. Enter Jon Thompson , Gazco engineer, what a difference, fire completely taken to pieces , dismantled, cleaned and polished, what a difference.
During the course of the service the logs were accidentally damaged. Gazco have replaced them , a brand new log set free of charge. Talk about customer service, exceptional. Very impressed with Jon Thompson’s thoroughness and Gazco’s after service.

As you have seen, they not only check the fire is working as designed but thoroughly clean it, and if there is an issue, resolve it quickly and efficiently. Appalling Under sink Boiling Water Unit

Much the same as other reviews, sadly on having a kitchen refit 3 years ago , included a Redring under sink Reditap water boiling unit. Along with a special tap required, very expensive, around £800. Plagued over the years with plastic pipe connecters leaking, however now boiler unit is leaking, obviously a seam in the water container is split.? For that kind of outlay you expect it to last longer than 3 years. Guarantee is only a year, complete waste of money, BE WARNED. Take my advice and make do with a kettle.

Unhelpful Customer Services

Purchased esure car insurance on line,very pleased,straight forward.I have house insurance with esure and when I tried to click on the link supplied with the car insurance email to view policy,it went straight to the house insurance docs? Contacted the customer service centre, the line was bad and I couldn't make out the options I was given to rectify the problem. Eventually discovered I had to use a different email address to view car docs.Why the policies can't be linked I do not know. The representative on the phone was most impatient and unhelpful. When I asked for options to be repeated as line was poor,kept on saying "I've already told you" Very curt and impolite. Sincerely hope I don't have to make a claim and deal with customer services over the phone !!

Joined Utility Point in January Pll

Joined Utility Point in January this year. tariffs very competitive, switch from previous supplier, without a hitch. I supplied meter readings. First statement in February was for some unknown reason based on estimated meter readings,provided by whom I do not know. Consequently an inaccurate,statement/bill has been produced. Why this was done I have know idea, as e mails to UtilityPoint about the issue have gone unanswered,the 'bill' has not been corrected .Whilst the tariffs maybe attractive, I'm afraid the jury is out in relation to customer service, hence two star rating.
Credit where credit is due, Utility Point team responded at once to my review, sorted out my issue, and apologised, the jury returns a very impressed verdict.

Found the experience of obtaining house…

Found the experience of obtaining house insurance very straight forward on line. Price was very competitive and included home emergency cover and legal protection. I phoned them to obtain a car insurance quote , although hey could not match the existing quotes I had, the call centre operative was very helpful indeed, most courteous and polite. As with all insurance companies the 'proof in the pudding' will be how they handle any claim. I hope I never have to find out! First impressions though , very favourable.

APPALLING

APPALLING. Bought my bungalow 4years ago, previous owner spent£10689. 00. on Everest products in May 2010,( I have all the paperwork) including re felting/fibreglass,garage roof. It is now leaking. On inspection can you believe they used CHIPBOARD as a capping on the top of the garage wall. It is rotting, hence the water egress.Have contacted Everest 5 times now, 1 phone call, promised a call back to discuss, never happened, 2 e-mails, no reply to either, 2 live chats, promised a referral to relevant dept & return call, has never happened. Prospective Customers , draw your own conclusions.

Just to let you know your 'relevant department' has never been in touch, no surprise there, for the record, your company never phoned me as you say in your response, I initially called Everest on 7th August, One person told me the warranty applied, then another person came on the phone and countered that. I have had the roof repaired by our local roofing company, cost me £400. The views they had of the work Everest had initially carried out, and the original cost I'm afraid i could not put into print !!!

Car Hire Excess Insurance

The process in obtaining this insurance was faultless and very straight forward. the cover on paper seems very good. I hope I never have the misfortune to call upon it. As always with any insurance the proof of their worth is if unfortunately you have to make a claim .As I've said I hope I never have to find out.
