Plenty of ways to use the app every day to reprogram your mind for weight loss success. Improvements that would make it 5 stars instead of 4 are: 1. Getting different male and female voices 2. Making the bedtime portion with a waves or calm music overlay (subliminal) 3. Making this so Android Do Not Disturb doesn't have to be disabled to listen

I like every aspect of it except when replacing meals there is no search by keyword or title to make it easier/faster.

They are not upfront about the program cost. I watched his hour video, and asked directly 3 times in the chat box what the [approximate] program cost was, but they only say you have to have another 45 minute *free* call to reveal the cost because it varies. OK, but give a range in thousands. Most people are not expecting this high cost, so don't waste people's time (and yours). Why not say "this will cost between $XK-$XXK, but our clients have success and find it worth the investment". I dislike the runaround and waste of everyone's time.

I like this company's products and representatives. Kensie D. helped me via chat to exchange a shake flavor, and was a pleasure to deal with. I was dreading the call, but the company policies are fair to both sides, and every rep I have talked to has been great (order and RMA). I LOVE the orange shakes, and the Vanilla Chai tastes GREAT if you consume it right away. I make 16 ounces before work, drinking 8 ounces immediately and then "nurse" the second 8 ounces, but found that the taste of that flavor changes as it sits. For most that may not be an issue, but for me it is. However, these shakes taste so much better than six star whey, with plain water and a shaker, and are worth the extra money to me. I look forward to trying the other flavors.
