The quality of the goods is great but the delivery time is pants and you need to step it up a bit

The chap that came to the house was so helpful. He put the furniture together in less that 30mins and he brought spare parts in case of any problems

My orders always arrive early and the prices are competative

Delivery guys are so polite and helpful parcels arrive on time and instructions followed to the letter

I love entering these competitions , and helping all the charities its amazing . I know I wont win but love seeing the people that do it makes my heart jump

This is a great way to try new scents instead of buying a big bottle and finding out you dont like it

The delivery time was awful, wont order again

This has been the worst experience ever my car went in for a Service and an MOT special offer 199pds they picked it up took it away I then get a telephone call to say it needs Hydraulic system brake bleed . Lifetime engine flush (only lasts 2 years) and an oil surcharge specialist oil, the car is not 3 years old yet . In total it cost 544 pds and that was not the worst of it
Then to pay you get sent an invoice to pay , their server is not working so I cant pay I try 12 times. So I phone the company 15 telephone calls later when I get throu they cut me off I email they will get back to me maybe tomorrow but I cant have the car till I pay . So I ring again and just get cut off . So luckily I find the garage number and ask them to contact servicing stop they did and explained whats wrong they said they would 25 mins later I am still waiting . I will never use this company again absolute trash, feeling conned. So its now 1630 and still no call and no car now as they wont release it without payment. The young girl contacted them again by email and telephone no reply what a trashy service > I telephoned and emailed with no reply. At 1715 I get a call and paid over the phone , the chap was completley disinterested when I told him I couldnt get the car as the garage was closed . I did however tell him I needed the car back 1st thing in the morning as I had a hospital appt. So today the 5th August I wait no car 0930 I contacted the company and they hadnt informed the garage it had been paid so the car came back at 1010 and I missed my appt.


Just an update I contacted your customer services 3 times by email and not one reply , so dont tell me I havent contacted you !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simple booking but cant write a review yet

Purchased an American style fridge freezer, from the ordering to delivery was so smooth . The boys who delivered was amazing telephoned me to say when they would arrive and arrived on time . Installed the appliance after having to remove the doors and top and put it back together without one complaint . Will definitely use them again

Love the hydrangeas look beautiful in my pot, add a touch of elegance to my hall . The delivery was brilliant

Ordered a mattress to be delivered before the BH and there was a mix up with dates Im not very good when things go wrong and I have visitors arriving . But, thank you Simon for sorting it out and the amazing delivery drivers who turned up today. Oh and the mattress is wonderful so comfy

Ordered furniture online, not realizing it was flat pack and I had to put it together. It was there big bold letters I missed it. However the bedside tables were so easy , but I got stuck with the sideboard and damaged one of the doors. The call centre staff were amazing , new doors sent out and the technician is coming to put it together for me. The delivery drivers who came today were brilliant . Really excellent experience and furniture is beautiful

I sent for the white and green arrangement and it is so beautiful sitting in a pot on the dining room table. Service was quick and easy

I ordered the wine as a gift, the process was so easy. The wine was wonderful and there was a fantastic choice . It arrived within 3days really secure packaging such a professional service.

Took out a subscription it was really easy now looking forward to living in Cornwall 😂
