Most items had scuff marks

The delivery was fairy speedy and everything came well packaged. Sadly, almost every item had slight scuff marks and the table was slightly dented. The cost of making a return to obtain a replacement was prohibitive and as we got the items for a sale price decided to keep them and put up with the damage. Had we paid full price I would have definitely have wanted a refund. I’m not sure I’d recommend them and would hesitate to purchase further items because of the returns policy.

The worst live chat I’ve ever experienced

The worst live chat I’ve ever experienced. Not resolved. Wanted points from old lost nectar card put on my new one. They couldn’t do it as they couldn’t verify who I was despite having mothers maiden name. I ‘failed’ to remember how long I had the card for so after 45 minutes cut I was told to ring a number…and I can’t use my old points till I can remember security question, though I don’t know which one. A very poor show formSainsburys. Won’t be using them again.
