Have been a customer for over 10 years
Have been a customer for over 10 years. Was fantastic until one day suddenly they blocked my account. Kept chasing them to ask why and reactivate with emails and chats to customer service and they would say waiting for IT to see or something and they were really like robots, reading off a script. So that’s when you have an online company. All my points and rewards have gone is what is annoying.

Very convenient to use this app
Very convenient to use this app, scan and pack and arrange collection by DPD if you have lots of books to recycle or Inpost I think if you have a few. This is better than throwing books away. Even if it is 10p. However I do feel some are under priced for what they sell for. But overall would recommend this.

It was the first time in Caterham…
It was the first time in Caterham Superdrug. It is a well stocked shop with lots of staff stacking shelves dotted across the shop but all had headsets on talking to each other with no eye contact. One patronising woman did come over to see if I had messed her shelf but not asked if she could help, rejigged her items and talking and walking away. Rather rude. So went to the opposite shop though less stocked had friendlier staff. People are allowed to lift items up and read labels and see colours etc.

This is the first time I have shopped with Noo.ma. I bought the frosty blue Ande side table. Exactly what I was looking for my area that can sit over the sofa for drinks and remote controls. It was about 10 working days for delivery, the table arrived in good packaging and the quality of the table was excellent with smooth paintwork.

Very disappointed with their customer…
Very disappointed with their customer service and returns policy being the original company. I ordered the wrong brush it was way smaller than the one I saw in Boots. I thought it would be a refund as it was all in order with original packing still in tact. But she said it was “used” and can only give me credit note. For a £17 brush, I spent £12!! postage (£4 for first order, £4 for the return and £4 for them to send me a new one.) Such a con. Just buy from Boots.

Speed of ordering, delivery,and collection points great and returns procedure convenient and instant email or text received. Like the range of items from petite to tall which not many brands offer.

Flagship store has no customer service
This is more to do with the customer service at the flagship store in London. We went a couple of weeks ago and the more I think about it the more I should report it and warn others of this experience. We always look through things online but it’s never the same when you actually go to see it or try it on. Very disappointing experience. A very smartly dressed mature gentlemen but who did not have any customer service skills. We were looking for something but wasn’t sure what yet. He literally made me point to every ring and every bracelet to try on the pillows. He didn’t offer us a seat. Kept us standing by the window displays and we felt quite vulnerable / uncomfortable. Although I really liked a bracelet, I was not going to pay £££ for that service. Maybe better off online or find a female assistant!

Disappointed
In 2021 I bought a variety of salvias and gardenias for over £100 and none have ever grown except one salvia plant that is surviving only. Not even healthy. The garden centre flowers are more healthy and most survive.

Out to scam
After finding the cheapest pair of slippers, I was offered a £5 discount to use. A week later, I received text and email to say thank you for your subscription £30 has been deducted from my bank account without even knowing what the sub is even for or given consent or anything. I believe I am not the only one scammed. Bank card had to be cancelled and it’s not funny when you need money at this time of the year. Do not buy from this website.

Similar to others. Bought a pair of Uggs thinking it was the best value online. Not sure how I was signed up for Moona - Ycoop! Deducted £29.99 from my bank without me knowing or subscribing. As soon as I put my order in I received an email saying thank you it will £64 then for some reason my bank was deducted £59, a day later received an email from
YCOOP saying “thank you for using the £5 voucher and subscribing” ??Completely confused. Although I have received the shoes, there is something not quite right with the website. So now at this peak time I have to report my card as “stolen” to my bank and wait 5 days for a new one in order to block this monthly recurring sub of £29.99 😡

What payment method? I just clicked to pay with my own debit card. It’s obviously a huge scam. Never heard of YCOOP, why would I sign up for it with no explanation whatsoever.

Happy with the football boots and speed of delivery. Although had trouble with a returns label, the email was finally answered maybe a week later. But it was not urgent as we had more days to make the return. Refund processed with no problem.

Poor customer service
We wanted to do a gait analysis. There was no one on the treadmill. And the shop had one customer only with 3 staff upstairs. They couldn’t book us in, we had to go onto the website and book.
The male staff (who was actually serving someone who was trying on shoes so in fairness couldn’t multi task) just fobbed me off by saying just go into the website and you can see and book. Having trawled through the website with no luck, had to find another member of staff to help and still took her 5 minutes on my phone searching for the right page to find the link to book.
Would have thought the branch should have their appointments in front of them and can see straight away when they will be free.

Expected Delivery keeps moving!
Do not fall for the delivery date. It is not true!! We ordered a treadmill 13Feb and was told due date is 8Mar. On the 17Feb we rec’d text to say now exp delivery is week 15Mar. Not had any communication since. So checked website on 15Mar due date was 5Apr and now (30Mar) just checked says 12Apr. Just buy other brands you really want that has honest due dates and wait. You won’t be getting a treadmill soon!
