Fantastic Service and Business

Had our 10 year old sofa repaired with 2 new seat cushions and replacement springs - it literally feels like new again! Adam the engineer was professional, and courteous and carried out the work to a very high standard. Laura was excellent at arranging the visits and keeping in contact. Its so refreshing to deal with a business that provides such excellent service and quality and value for money. Would highly recommend and use again.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

Total misselling of products - quality style and look is nothing like the images on their website - Avoid! Ordered a pair of mens leather boots. What arrived was a cheap mass produced piece of rubbish made from fake leather with plastic soles. Complete rubbish and went straight in the bin. No contact from cedar leafs despite several attempts.

Wrong laces, don't match.

Didn't review the reviews before ordering laces. No email communication but that said, the laces did arrive in around a week. Despite me matching the lacesvto my trainer type on the website, the laces are not the same width or material as the original ones and are about 6 inches too short! Lesson learnt next time check reviews🫣

Not a Great Taste

Was interested to try a non alcoholic pale ale as a real / craft ale fan. Liked what I read about Days so purchased a pack of their pale ale. Whilst I wasn't expecting it to be a complete pale ale replica being alcohol free (and being more than use to sampling different beer flavours) I found the taste very disappointing with a completely overbearing wheat taste. Nothing remotely close to a hoppy pale ale and very disappointing. I've only had one can but won't be drinking the rest. Shame as I was really interested in finding a good zero % pale ale but I just can't see how people are rating this so highly.

High booking fee!

Booking process for 2 tickets was straightforward but a £12 booking fee per ticket is excessive!

Great bank

Great bank, been with them for nearly 30 years, their phone banking teams are easily the best in the industry. Only reason not to get 5 stars is recent tech 8ssurs with their online banking and sky broadband

Shocking treatment of customers

Previously found APH to be one of the better airport parking operators but the way they have completely shut down any means of contact during covid has been really poor. We had a booking for june which was no longer required as the holiday was cancelled. No way of contacting aph to revise the booking and now told there is no refund as we booked a cheaper saver booking. Not being able to contact them to upgrade the booking or revise to later in the year is extremely poor. Have they not heard of phone or email contact by a least one person! Will bot be using again, really poor customer service.

Online ordering / sale items

Online ordering very simple, staff in store when I collect always very helpful. Only downside is many of the sale items have very restricted size choice. I’ve started to ignore sale promotions now as it’s just not worth finding the item you want only to find it’s only available in small!
