Cancelled membership. They continued to bill me. They had a valid credit card. In spite of that charged a late fee for supposed non-payment. A regional manager refused to credit my card. So frustrated. He told me he didn't like my attitude when I told him to put himself in my position. I never write reviews, but this was too much to ignore. I cannot recommend that anyone do business with this company. Very poor customer relations.
