I have been using this company for over 8 years, and they never disappoint. I primarily order custom picture mounts and the delivery (although it's perhaps not the cheapest around) is always very speedy and reliable. The quality and precision of the mounts is excellent. Excellent Service and extremely user friendly. I have a very different experience with this company than most customers who have left a review. I have used Klarna roughly 30 times to 'Pay Later' with several different UK retailers over the last few months, to try items first before paying. I have had nothing but excellent service. In the event that I've been slow to send my returns and the payment is due, I pay and am immediately refunded once the return is booked by the retailer. The email communication is very very clear, and now with the launch of the UK app, it's even easier. I chatted with their CS team once and found them to be helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsover!
