Had new boiler now in its 6th year pay for yearly service but it came with 10year guarantee .First major problem I have had and it's so good to call and get a human to speak with ! Was not a straight forward fix but engineer went out of his way so we had not too long for parts (next day) and hopefully now back to being it's usual reliable boiler I hope.

Area had 2 lock ups so wasted time realising the reason it would not open. Then used another lock up and door was clicking but not opening took ages to get it tovopen

I will be honest had lots problem getting items delivered some were thrown over my fence at one point.Things are much improved and my last 3 items were put in provided mail box at entrance.

Yodel the only delivery service that throws parcel over gate the one that says not in use!.Ground wet often ends up in flower beds if windy. On entrance few yards away a big gate please ring bell and fèw feet away large red metal parcel size mailing box.

Filled with dread when a non human answered phone but it was very straight forward to book a plumber. This is the second time I have called over the years and yet again the guy was excellent so very helpfull and very tidy. Job was completed far better than I expected infact I have left it for a while wandering if policy covered my problem. So pleased should have checked it out before I do not have the plumbers name but he is a credit to your company that's for sure.

Easy straight forward I am not that good on computers but only thing I was not sure about was payment types.I had expected paypal which I use all the time but ended up with a company never ever used bit off putting.I did call a friend to check it out and did research before giving my payment. Otherwise format on the site was clear straight forward
