First time user on Stock X, the whole process was straightforward and I received the trainers I ordered.
The only thing that could have been better is the speed of delivery but I was aware that I would have to wait a bit. No bad thing, just means it's not like ordering from Nike directly and recieving your order a few days later. I will definitely be using the site again,

Review of Flannels
Ordered 2 sizes and neither where anything like Large or Extra Large. It would be really helpful for you to put the pit to pit measurement on the website!
These jumpers run at least 2 sizes bigger than any other Paul and shark jumpers I have.
Also the quality of the 50%wool 50%acrylic is a lot thinner and inferior to other jumpers I own from the same brand.
Also it's a rip off to charge for delivery and returns, I will use other sellers in future.

I didn't realise that these Jeans contained so much stretch fabric. Felt like a really cheap fabric and nothing like normal denim jeans.
Returning for a full refund (minus jeansstore ripp off deduction).

Sorry you weren't happy with your jeans. You actually ordered the jeans described as the 'epic soft' fabric - these are much softer and stretchier than a standard denim. I must clarify there are no deductions, we simply provide the option of using our prepaid returns labels for a discounted price of £2.99, rather than you spending more to return the item.
