I am absolutely furious with this company. I am not one to leave reviews however this company was supposed to deliver my son's A level photos two days ago by express delivery, they have failed on all six or seven occasions I have contacted them, to give me any information, no tracking information despite paying for express delivery, they simply say I must wait. We have received an email from my son's teacher this morning to say that if these pieces are not with her by 10 a.m. tomorrow morning that he will lose his A level grade, well done PhotoBox!!!!! Why offer an express delivery service if you cannot commit, now my son has study photography for 2 years and his grade has just slipped away because of you!!! I will not be leaving it there, furious doesn't cut it

I am devastated that I had to even give this a 1 star, beware they are the biggest con merchants going. I have topped up 25 pounds in 2-days and still have no credit because they say they have taken it for roaming charges, funny that has never happened before, seriously beware the customer service is absolutely shocking as well, really unhelpful and just all about the money and not the customer, steer clear
