I had a visit to the Manchester City Centre Richer Sounds store and ended up purchasing a turntable, amplifier and speakers. Ryan helped me out, and this was incredibly useful. I had in mind the system that I wanted to get, and we made a few tweaks after discussing things in more detail. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free. Friendly and professional service. We were looked after by Dinesh who was excellent - he gave us space to decide on what we were after. We were offered refreshments and provided with different options for dining furniture we were after. Ideally I would have liked to have been given more of a discount for the items - Dinesh did do his level best to get the price down after speaking to his manager. I was happy overall with the price we paid. The selection at Furniture Village is excellent and the quality of the items is high. Overall a very positive experience.

Furniture Village initially wasn't my first choice of store for a sofa. Having looked online there seemed to be a good choice of what we were looking for. We had a really helpful member of staff called Alicja who was experienced and gave really valuable advice. At no point did we feel under pressure or rushed to make a decision. Free coffee and cookies were a nice touch. The sofa we went for was a quality item and the 0% finance option was a no brainer. Only downside was the delivery time of about 9-10 weeks. All in all a very positive experience and would definitely shop there again. Thank you Alicja - polite and professional service.

Excellent service. Bought lateral flow kits for leaving and returning to the UK. Arrived the following day with plenty of time to spare. Instructions very clear. Results received within minutes first time round - PDF available to download on the website and email confirmation. I forgot to upload the lateral flow device image for the return to UK test and put in a query - resolved by extremely helpful staff within minutes. All results then received within an hour. This was the cheapest test available as well. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you LivingCare!

Josh and Doug arrived before 8am, were polite and friendly and efficient. The shed parts were put together in no time at all in a professional manner. I'm most impressed with the quality and build of the shed - so much better than anything I have seen in DIY stores. It's a 7 x 9 shed and there is loads of room for bikes width ways. I would have no hesitation in recommending EasyShed to any prospective customers.
