Absolute joke of a company, far too many issues with purchasing from here. Firstly, communication was awful got told one thing, then got told another thing, didn’t get any communication regarding my order. Then had to email the company to cancel my two orders in which I received a rude, abrupt and sarcastic response from paige and had to mention the cancellation THREE times regarding my second order as they wouldn’t confirm in the first email and apparently my first order for an assessment was sent off 31st October and was due last week (as I was told from her) but I’m still having to chase this up now 21st November.

What an absolute waste of time, money and energy. AVOID!!! Take your business elsewhere, this company clearly cannot commit to their own deadlines or care about their customers.

Really helpful seller answered all my questions, communication was great. My items arrived promptly and in good condition. I believe the owner was poorly during april in hospital thats why orders werent sent out but everything is back up and running now. The best shilajit i have tried. Definitely buy again and would recommend 👍

The advisor Janlouise was really polite and friendly. Really good customer service skills, helped chase up my order and said she will find out where my parcel is and get back to me.

The sales advisor was really polite, friendly and helpful. He went through all the information with me and answered all my questions. After my purchase, the sales advisor rang to make sure everything was okay with the car and asked how I was getting on. Really good service, would recommend.

I contacted PLT due to an item missing and the lovely staff member Naz S got it sorted out so quickly and was so polite about everything. Was really nice being treated with amazing customer service.

Luke was very polite and ensured me my issue will be dealt with.
