Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Paid a lot of money for a quality robot vacuum cleaner and within 6 months the produce stopped working. Had to return to service centre, waited 3 weeks with no communication, was went back to me in a tattered box with no protective packaging, with floor pads ripped. Complained and recieved no apology or replacement of the floor pads, appalling customer service.

Dress arrived

Dress arrived - very cheap, poor quality fabric and design. Poor fit. Customer service is appalling - refusing to provide return address, insisting they want photos of the dress on and offering a mere 35% refund if I keep the hideous dress. Don’t be fooled by their standardised response - they have all my details and I have been contacting them frequently regarding returning the item. They will argue repeatedly to avoid refunding and now they claim they don’t have an order from me?

Not even bare minimum

Was concerned about a grinding noise when braking. Requested this be checked out - was told nothing wrong. Car is worse than ever after the service and no time was given to look into a safety concern.

This company is horrendous

This company is horrendous. Item was delivered to wrong address. Company were abysmal in trying to resolve the issue, and courier were only able to be contacted by the sender. Scorolash refused to enquire with the courier, and asked me to try and find the item myself. I lodged many complaints, with refusal for any assistance. My bank reversed the transaction, to which they finally responded to me that they were “going to refund me” more than a month after my complaints. They then tried to have the refund reversed with the bank and claimed I was fraudulent! Disguisting and unprofessional company.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, no response to emails after a very botchy installation and I have been attempting for over a month now to be reimbursed my own money that I was overcharged. Their care factor is non-existent, they make excuses for terrible quality finishing, and I have needed to spend money fixing the poor workmanship that was left behind. Don’t go near this company!
