The class instructors are not showing…

The class instructors are not showing up in the classes, no cancellations to notify us , no replacement for the cancelled classes. The lady assistant manager is unaware of this situation and always looks surprised when we inform her that this is not the first time that it happens.
The gym equipment is not working properly and the majority out of order.
The gym is dirty , full of hairs and dust.

Improvements required.

I was very pleased to join this gym as it was very close to where I live and this is why i joined. Having used quite a few gyms around London , i think it will be really appreciated if you can make the following changes/improvements
1. there are not enough slots for induction. The max people on induction is 2. I am sure that up to 8 people will be fine.
2. Improve hygiene standards in the gym. There are no disinfectant spray and blue roll or hygiene wipes around. Unfortunately people sweat a lot and there is no means to clean somebody's else sweat before i use an equipment
3. Hygiene in the toilet are really bad. Please improve
4. The hand dryer in the toilet doesn't work. I need to press the switch on the wall and the switch off the wall with wet hands. Health & safety!
5. The floor on the main gym areas is full of dust , i am sure the cleaners can do better. People leave behind their empty bottles and the next day there are still there.
6. Your gym classes luck power and the music on these classes do not match the tempo of the class.
7. Please fix the ASSISTED CHIN AND DIP equipment, so many people would like to use it but they cant.
8. The members of staff are not helpful when I ask them questions and they never smile.
9. Your address says London Stratford and then Stratford upon Avon ( miles away!)
