Placed an order 3 weeks ago had no confirmation email now there saying they haven't had the order but they took the money they have emailed me occasionally to ask again for my email address to trace the order which they have at this point I just want my money back

Excellent clothing good quality lovely shop to visit in person and also online myself and my children have purchased quite a lot and with children with sensory issues they absolutely love the material of the clothing everything washes really well I just love visiting the store every time I go to Liverpool great staff so helpful
