We ordered a no pull dog collar and it’s brilliant no more chocking when pulling. The only thing is it’s a little too big so I’m going to order another but I like it so much I’m not sending the other back I’ll just keep as a back up. So I ordered the medium as it was his neck was 1cm over the guide so I’m ordering a small so it won’t come off if I need to pull him. Definitely recommend

FRAUDSTERS FRAUDSTERS FRAUDSTERS Where do I start. Well I wouldn’t have even given this fraudster company a 1 score it would get a -10 if I could. So I noticed on my bank account that a amount of £32.88 came out of my account on the 29th DEC 2020 which I knew nothing about so I found the number for the company and gave them a call, the gentleman said this would be reimbursed into my account within 7 working days ( bearing in mind I had never been on their website or anything for them to take my hard earned money) i checked my account 9 working days after and still no money in my account from them. I tried calling but nothing. Today 9th FEB 2021 I managed to get through to them to say why haven’t you put the money back in my account, I was irate because they are FRAUDSTERS the guy called John who is the only manager in the company ( bulls*#^) basically said who do you think you are talking too and hung up the phone with no help or any kind of customer service at all. I have been trying to re contact them for the rest of the day with no success. I tried emailing them but no emails would send through to them but I did manage to get another email address for the company but have had no response yet. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ROB YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE I have received all my money back so if your having the same problem don’t give up 😁
