Amazing food, lovely friendly staff and all the classic British favs to choose from.
Reasonable prices and kids under 10 eat half price.
Loved the fact you can go up to the pizza/pasta bar as much as you like and you get a decent portion of meat in the carvery with unlimited veggies.
Will deffo be going there again and would 100% recommend it to people that love a carvery and selection of other favs such as pasta, pizza, chips & nuggets.

We stayed for 2 nights, it was very expensive in the resterants in the evening but the buffet was delicious, very good selection of various foods and puddings.
We had breakfast included which was also a very lovely spread with a lot of
choice.
I Was impressed at how diverse all the staff were, we come across a few with disabilities who were very helpful and good at their jobs.
The rides could do with a bit of a makeover as they all look very old and some did break down whilst we were there but they were quick to get them back up and running again.
Loved the fact you get early access to some rides before it's open to the public but a lot of the rides were for more younger children, so it would have been better if all the big rides that have big queues times at peak time could have been open for early access as well.

My instructor was Louise Ryley-Borrett, she was amazing, patient , fair & worked at my pace, made me feel relaxed and gain confidence which i lack.
She Is just a fab teacher & very patient with me as a SEN student.

Our boys loved it but they did say the coaches wernt overly bothered if ppl got hurt and wasn't great at telling them off coz they were more like big brothers (which they loved btw) my son got kicked in the chest by another child 3 times and apparently the coach didn't do anything.
But other than that all 3 of ours seemed to really enjoy it and had fun and are already asking when they can go back again.

I have SEN and learning difficulties, my instructor was Louise RB, she was amazing, patient, lovely & kind.
She taught me at my speed and broke things down in a way that I could understand better, making it a more comfortable & friendly lesson.
