OK, so my credit card company has confirmed I am going to recover the money these fraudsters have tried to take from me. This review is a WARNING. Do not be tempted by any discounts offered by Buyreformer as you will not receive whatever you pay for. All of a sudden a few positive reviews have just appeared on TrustPilot, all from UK. I question their validity. I am convinced this is a scam. I really hope fraud hunters are on their case. I will do my utmost to report them.
I may have cancer, but these people are “cancer” to the Pilates community.

Continuation of my previous review - 27 November, so 20 days later. Despite further attempts of just having the reformer delivered, no effect. Each email I get sent is the same and I am no closer to the receipt of the reformer. Will I sit and do nothing about the risk of losing over £1750? I do not think so. Just for reference - I live in the UK and ordered the reformer tower on 9th September.

Hommix Berta 3-way tap in black. The design of this tap is beautiful. Chic and simple. I am in two mind whether it was a good idea to go for black colour. Presentation of it is superb. Does not get stained. Easy to wipe. But despite taking extreme care, I noticed a tiny spot on the edge when the black coating is gone. It’s not a scratch. I have no idea who it came about. So I am worried that this could peel off. It will be interesting to know what the guarantee is for the black layer on the tap. I need to investigate. But for the time being I’m really enjoying the tap. Love the height and reach of it.
I’d say one thing. I connected it as per the instruction but it was very confusing how to run cold-hot water. So I ended up swapping the supply hoses around and now it is more intuitive to open the tap.
The filter water tap has a good outlet so fills cups quickly with filtered water. Fantastic compared to me previous small separate drinking water tap.

Yodel- If you ask a customer to select an option for delivery in case they are not home, do as the customer requested! Otherwise what is the point?! I asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place, it being behind my rear gate. It was not. It was left on my front doorstep in a very visible unsafe location.

Super! I’m happy with the choices and colour selection for children’s coats. I wish you’d have the same for adults as the coat is amazing. At least it seems to be - not tried yet in the rain.

If there was 0 stars that is what I would give them. What a huge scam! I am now going though a claim procedure with my credit card bank. I spent £172 there and I am going to recover it one way or another. Please DO NOT SHOP on sound-breeze.com website.

The purchase wasn’t successful but the company did well in handling my return request. Customer has to pay for return though.

I bought a runner mat two years ago and whilst buying another one recently I realised that my problems with the old runner could be resolved under guarantee that is given by the company. The customer service team showed understanding and offered a replacement despite it being two years on from when the runner was bought. I have had a very good experience!

I managed to buy a product displayed on the website as available which had been discontinued. I learnt a week or so later that I was not going to get it at all. Payment was taken though. Not good. Website clearly not up to date! I have two wait 10 working days for my money!!!

I have always had good experiences with Shoes for kids shop. The shoes are diverse, different than elsewhere. And most importantly they do not cost as much as elsewhere. What makes me come back as a customer is the selection and the attractive prices. Thank you

Yumove is worth the investment, though not cheap. It is, however, looking after my young dog’s joints and bones so I expect no issues later in her life when it comes to movement. I hope yumove is balanced right to supply what is needed. My dog loves to eat it.

Home delivery worked great. The cake after defrosting in the fridge was just perfect.
I’m so glad Patisserie Valerie is now available at one’s doorstep! By the way, the cake was delicious. Kids weren’t that impressed with it but the parents were!

The delivery was fast, the price was the best out there and the quality of the fire lighter is superior to what I had before. So I would buy again if the price doesn’t go up.

Disgusting service - lack of any respect for customers.
I placed an order for items worth nearly £60 on 20th March. On 31 March I requested cancellation and refund as there were no updates on progress which seemed very slow. The website would not allow me to log in. I asked for a password reset which was “actioned” a few days later (!) and which did not fix the problem. I gave up at that point and decided to buy the same items for more money but in a shop that deserves customers. After cancellation email I got one email from customer service saying the refund was issued and this was two weeks ago. 10 working days have passed today. No contact from this doubtful, dodgy business. Why do they still attract customers...? I wish I had read the reviews before. I will never make the same mistake again.
I will have to contact my credit card company to recover the money.
