They falsely advertise their merchandise to be shipping in 1-4 days. When you don't receive your order they tell you it was a pre- order and you have no information on when your order will arrive. When you try to look back at the website it's locked and you can only put in a phone number to be alerted to drops. Very scammy. Poor customer service. False advertising on when you will get your very expensive order.

Terrible customer service. The sizing is inconsistent. They advertise an easy return policy but refuse to accept any items back. They will offer you 25% refund to just keep the dress and it's your problem to resell for the difference. Their entire return policy is a scam!
