Scammers.

Absolutely appalling communication and harassment from this company. Despite several attempts to contact them regarding a FALSE outstanding balance on a credit card which has been fully paid off prior to them contacting, they keep sending letters. Proof has been provided that the debt has been paid off. There have been several personal attempts over several months to contact them regarding their incessant harassment too, yet they keep sending letters.
To top it all off, they keep sending letters to an old address that wasn’t even registered to the original debt.
I would not trust a disreputable company who lack the clarity and fundamental knowledge to conduct proper due diligence prior to attempting contact with individuals regarding false debt.
It is more than evident that they prey on all and any individuals who have had debts in the past in order to hopefully catch someone innocent enough to indulge their greed.
Disgusting behaviour.

Mid company with mid products

Mid company with mid products really. Women’s items feel like paper (truth be told I’ve gotten gym wear items from Shein that have felt better than this) and when you return items they deduct £6 for shipping when shipping doesn’t even cost that much. Meh experience. Also some of their sponsored athletes are questionable people.

Good ish products, horrible business practice

Honestly breathe divinity are just so money hungry and don’t care about customer experience AT ALL. I think the reason they’ve continued to grow for so long is because unfortunately, their clothing is just super cool.
Their website will claim they have items in stock that will ship in 24hrs but somehow you’ll end up on the pre-order side of things, still receive tracking for your shipment and they just won’t ship until months after so that they look reputable and good on paper. In practice? They’re just a load of kids over promising products they have a hard time fulfilling. Good luck trying to contact them anywhere too, they will just ignore you.

Finding sportswear that’s both comfortable and well fitting is HARD but MAD. Has hit the nail on the head. Their leggings are SO comfortable and soft, squat proof, and super flattering. Can’t recommend enough

Terrible costumer service.

I've previously left a review talking about finding it hard to get in contact with loveholidays regarding a cancelled flight refund (the flights are refunded to loveholidays since the payment was made through them). It took two letters and a court summons (over the period of three months, by the way) for them to FINALLY get back to me. They claimed that if I had used the online chat this issue would've been resolved way quicker, but the online chat was not made available to me at any point during the booking and the phone number they have only accepts your call if the holiday is within four weeks. They're not compensating the costs it took to send them a court summons, but at least they're finally giving me the money back (after a very condescending response blaming me for "my lack of using the online chat").
Honestly, terrible costumer service and they are NOT worth it. There are other websites like onthebeach that provide a much better costumer service for even cheaper than here. Avoid.

Terrible costumer service

Terrible costumer service.
While the actual booking is relatively user friendly and easy to do, there is absolutely no way of getting in contact with costumer service.
My flights got cancelled and the airline said they refunded the money over three weeks ago but it was refunded to love holidays instead of me directly because the booking was done through their website. Holiday isn't until next May but decided to cancel the entire thing anyway. Tried to get in contact with them to let them know that the airlines had cancelled the flights and the money was refunded to them but there is literally no way of getting in contact with them, only a form that you can fill out online. They said that they're prioritising requests for holidays within the next four weeks (fair enough) but there still should be more ways of getting in contact with them? Absolutely ridiculous, might even have to go through the financial ombudsman to get my money back

UPDATE:
It's great you guys have replied and are going to take my feedback into consideration, but could you also perhaps acknowledge that this is also about getting my money back? Instead of giving me a pre-written response to feedback? I have proof that I mailed you guys WITH EVIDENCE that I'm owed money and that you received this ten days ago.

Scam

They had my last review deleted because I was honest and truthful about my family's experience with them and don't want others finding out their tricks. They sent us a letter claiming we hadn't paid import duty to FedEx and we owed them £92. All correspondence with FedEx stated otherwise, PLUS any reputable company that you owe money to will contact you directly first before involving a debt collection agency or a lawyer, and if that doesn't work, they then take you to court. The letter not only stated that we didn't pay tax owed (the shipping receipt from FedEx CLEARLY stated "No further payment is due"), it also claimed the package went within EU borders (when it was shipped directly from China to the UK, last time I checked neither of those were in the EU); it was also worded very weirdly as if to confuse you. We were lucky to spot it, it's just sad that they're trying to scam people out of their money this way. Be careful out there
