Predatory, unfair and illegitimate.
Bay Century Solutions operate in a way that feels deliberately unfair and predatory.
I paid for parking in full, for the correct car park, on the correct date, at the correct time. I have the receipt to prove it. There was no loss of revenue to the landowner and no attempt to avoid payment.
Due to a technical issue, the system selected the wrong licence plate without my knowledge. Despite clear evidence that parking was paid for, Bay Century Solutions refused to apply any common sense or discretion. Their response made it clear that they are not interested in fairness, only in extracting money through rigid technicalities.
This is not parking management, it is revenue generation dressed up as enforcement. Penalising someone who has paid, caused no loss, and can prove it, shows a complete lack of integrity and customer awareness.
If you value transparency, reasonableness, or proportionality, be very cautious. Based on my experience, this company prioritises penalties over facts and process over fairness.

My personal experience with this brand…
My personal experience with this brand has been amazing. I’m obsessed either way tabac and tabac extreme. My only gripe is that I wish it didn’t sell out so quick and was more readily available. But the fragrance is beautiful. Unique, strong, long lasting. Fair price for the quality. Fast delivery too.

EDIT - Bad experience.
Had to edit this as I wrote this while I was at the establishment and was asked to submit a review at the time.
Sold me a car with dangerously low tread on the tires. I only know this because i took it for a health check a few days later with Nissan directly. 94% at tread level and 78% on 2 others which will cost near £400. I drove home from their establishment 30 miles unknowingly like that which could have caused an accident or trouble with authorities if I was stopped.
I also had to wait around for 5 hours at their venue because their finance team chose the wrong finance applications. 13.9% they chose when I was supposed to be on 9% for an electric car. I got a call a few days later saying they made a mistake. But the search against my credit for the wrong finance option, a mistake made by their finance team, caused me to be rejected even though I have excellent credit score, and now my credit score is lowered as a result.
When I viewed the car, all tires valve screw tops were missing and there were stains all over the car which I told would all be remediated at the valet service. 5 hours later when collecting no valet service was carried out, screw tops were missing and I was told that I would need to wait another hour. I had a broken foot and a commitments I needed to get back to so I just left it.
I've complained about this for near on a week and this isn't getting treated with urgency. Im concerned that I can't drive a car I just bought because of the danger of the tires. I need to get myself a valet and i've had to replace the screw tops myself.
The staff were pleasant and good people but this whole experience could have gone a lot smoother. Still waiting for a resolution.

Liars and no way to contact
I waited ALL DAY for a delivery. I never left the house. I have a ring doorbell and have proof that no one turned up. I was messaged at 17.07 stating that the delivery will happen between 17.00 and 18.00. NO ONE TURNED UP. I went to bed and got an email in the middle of the night saying attempted delivery but I wasn't home. This is a LIE. NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU EITHER. I paid 9.99 for this delivery. It's outrageous. I have a camera with proof that no one attempted delivery. Scammers
Review of TOWER London
Avoid!
Excited to finally get a pair of Red Wings and chose to go with Tower London.
Ordered my size. They arrived and I tried them on to see how they fit. I discovered that they were too big. I did some research and found that you should always go down a size with Red Wings. Tower London didn't state this at time of purchase. Waste of time.
So I returned them. Get an email back with a picture saying that the shoes were worn and soles were damaged (A tiny thing that looks like a scuff at the end) and they are sending them back.
1. How do you try a shoe on without wearing it?
2. I didn't even have these a day and sent them back. Maybe they had sent me the dodgy shoe and I hadn't noticed the barely noticeable mark.
Red wings are not cheap and are a lifetime investment. Thanks for ruining my first experience with Red wings, Tower London.

An extremely frustrating experience…
An extremely frustrating experience trying to deal with customer service. I interacted with about 10 different people, each of which do NOT read the previous messages so we were going round in circles.
I ordered shoes, they were too big.
1. I contacted Customer Service and asked if I can swap them. Didn't even acknowledge my question and said "Ive processed a return for you. Here is your label."
2. So i reply and say "I want to swap, but it doesnt have my size" Customer service person 2 again didn't pay attention "Send us the shoes back and you will be refunded"
3. Ok whatever. I take their label to the post office. Turns out I have to pay £11 to return. I message the SAME thread. A DIFFERENT Customer service rep says "Send us proof of return and we will refund your postage costs."
4. Went back to the post office. Paid. Sent them the receipt. Asked if they could NOT refund this £11 to original payment method as its Klarna and gave them my bank details.
5. Another different customer service agent, who again didn't read my message said..."Thanks for the return, we will refund you for the shoes once we receive them." Completely ignoring my message and the previous messages.
6. I message back to say "yes Im aware you will refund me for the shoes. Im not talking about the shoes. Im talking about the postage refund" I have to explain the postage situation again.
7. Another customer service agent replies "Send us proof of postage and we will refund you for the postage cost" Erm hello, have you not read back. We've already done this.
8. Losing my cool I send the proof of postage AGAIN asking them to just refund me.
9. ANOTHER customer service agent says the will refund it back to my Original payment method (which is Klarna)
I gave up. I understand the amount isn't a lot and there are bigger things going on in the world, but this was comical. Seriously, pay attention to each case and have your staff READ the current situation.

Review of Just Eat UK
Avoid. Terrible company
Ordered MacDonalds as a Saturday treat for my niece and nephews. We didn't receive toys with the happy meals. I complained to Just Eat...the response was "they are free toys so we cannot help you"
1. I entered into a consumer agreement that included a service that wasn't delivered.
2. Just Eat doesn't seem to care about disappointing children.
Go with Uber Eats or Deliveroo.

Great product, pricey shipping
The backpack really is high quality and in fact a beautiful product. However, shipping was delayed due to customs and I was charged an unexpected £50 customs fee. This isn't made clear on the checkout page on the website. Customer service is slow to respond also. Other than that, I am really pleased with the backpack and happy I own it.

Great product! Painful and pricey shipping
I ordered a TropicFeel backpack. I have to say, the product is beautiful. It's built with high quality, cleverly engineered and I do really love it. However, Being in the UK and outside the EU, the shipping took a very long time, and at the end of this I was slapped with a £50 Customs fee. Their customer service is slow to respond, so you can be left thinking what is going on and have I been duped. It's only after customer service got back to me on the matter, that they pointed me to their FAQ page, where it states that you would be liable for customs fees. They really need to make that clear on the Shipping checkout page, as I don't remember seeing it. They also need to be better / quicker on customer service. Other than that, as mentioned, I love the backpack and it really is a great product. I'd recommend it if you're ok with pricey, slow shipping.

Go elsewhere - Not received my item or refund after 10 days
Ordered 10 days ago thinking I'd give myself enough time to receive the order. Numan didn't ship the item for 4 days using Royal Mail 48 postal service. I've been back and forth with Customer service who has been blaming Royal Mail (ive received other deliveries from Royal Mail since then). Customer Service have ignored my last email saying i've still not got the item. Go somewhere else that gives you a guarantee of next day if not, 2 day delivery.
