Review of Perfume Essence
The delivery was delayed because it was apparently sent to the wrong address and finally received it. The new fragrance from mugler is awful, feel I have wasted my money as I have been using mugler perfume for over 3 years, the new one is by far the worst and lasts for 5 mins.

The product was delivered many days after placing the order, when I didn't know why my item was not delivered I contacted the customer service team, only to be told that they didn't have stock and will take a while more than 3 weeks. I expect the customer service to contact me to keep me informed which they failed. Bad customer service. Also the product is not that great either even though there are 2 batteries they run out midway of cleaning my front yard
