Shopping with Halara is great

Shopping with Halara is great, returns service also very good.
Delivery is slow..

Delivery is always too slow

Delivery is always too slow. Some of the products cannot be faulted. Others are really poor and cheaply made.
My leggings are amazing as well as jumpsuits. The dresses I asked for a refund and they are thin and poorly stitched.
I have a credit and have not received the email. So cannot use it.
Even though customer service was great in offering the credit in the first instance.

Stisi Group have been amazing! High quality service and very friendly and professional in calls.
Sourcing great products efficiently and organising effectively.
Liaising and overseeing with detailed attention providing very suitable outcomes.
Ensuring I have understood everything in every step and helped efficiently where I was unsure and supporting me.
I have returned to Stisi Group 3 times now to manage my financials and hope for a very long future with them.

Utility point customer bereavement

Utility point customer bereavement! worst customer service ever received, they closed the account as requested and arranged refund. July 2021. As yet I have not received the refund. I was then asked to log a complaint with their complaints department. which has been ignored.
I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of response, customer service and the fact that there is enough to deal with when someone passes away, to not have to chase continuously for 4 months to no avail!!!
