The platform has a great timeline tracker, so I always knew when to prepare for the knowledge test and when to submit evidence.
My assessor, Andreea, was amazing, supportive, always quick to reply and explained everything in a very clear way. Tripti from Training Support was also very helpful throughout the process.
The system for uploading evidence and communicating with your assessor is simple and user-friendly. I always knew where I stood and what was coming next.
