Very bad moving out inspection . I had no problem of not receiving the deposit of 43,000k back . But they shouldn’t charge me an additional 35,000dkk . And they are saying the renovation costs is 75000. This is unbelievable. Are they building another apartment . We havnt destroyed anything in the apartment other than it wasn’t cleaned

At Heimstaden, we do not seek to charge tenants for anything that cannot be documented and justified. All conditions noted during a move-out inspection are recorded and supported by photo documentation, and the final settlement is based on actual invoices from external contractors who carry out the work. We do not profit from renovation costs.
It is important to note that the deposit is offset against documented expenses related to cleaning, repairs and necessary refurbishment in accordance with the lease agreement. The final amount reflects the total cost of restoring the apartment to the required standard – not the construction of anything new.

As there was no space in our self-service machine, your parcel has been handed over to the nearest collection point.
We are constantly working to expand our service with more collection points around the country. I therefore hope that in the near future we can offer collection of parcels closer to you.
Though Bilka had cancelled my order i havnt received refund for my amount yet.its been two months

the staff who was in charge of filling the forms made many mistakes during form filling. therefore it took a lot more time than expected and hence it holds up the queue. time management is critical so having more efficient staff would help
