Yet again another bad experience
Two parcels that i sent to buyers have gone missing on 22 nov as others have said Evri take no responsibility they cant be contacted once you raise a initial query, how they are still in business i do not know. AVOID THIS COURIER AT ALL COSTS

Well where do i start !
unfortunately, Evri lost a parcel i sent almost a month ago now, im still waiting for compensation for this despite them telling me the parcel has been lost. You cannot speak to anyone at Evri it is a absolute joke when you try to contact them you are fobed off at every stage. Now to make matters worse the replacement parcel i sent to the same address has gone missing. This company makes it so hard for the customer in the event something goes wrong.
