Billing Problems Never Fixed

I’ve been an AT&T customer for nearly 15 years, and billing issues have never been resolved. We were promised a $165/month family plan after one of family turned 55, and the first month was correct. Since September 2025, our bill has jumped to nearly $300 every month. Customer service provides inconsistent and incorrect information, and repeated calls have been a waste of time. Very disappointing experience for such a large company. This company continues to hire employees with little knowledge or experience, and many struggle to communicate clearly in English. As a result, getting accurate information or real help is extremely frustrating and unproductive. It is like talking to a cow.

Very disappointing claims experience…

Very disappointing claims experience with State Farm.
Incorrect information was entered on the Power of Attorney, which caused unnecessary delays. I was told this was entered “by accident,” which is unacceptable.

State Farm also claims the POA was mailed, but we never received it. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, further delaying the claim.

This has been the worst claims experience I’ve had, and the lack of accuracy and communication is extremely frustrating.

⚠️ Unethical Business Practices and False Charges by Liberty Express Vanlines!

Warning: Do Not Use Liberty Express Vanlines – Misleading and a Total Rip-Off

In September I searched for moving companies and came across Liberty Express Vanlines. Over the phone, I was quoted $350 for 3 hours with 3 movers, everything included since it’s a local move I was told from three different sale representatives. The move was less than a mile from my old place to my new place. I was told I needed to pay a $200 deposit upfront and the remaining $150 before the move started no disclosure it has to be cash or money order only. I paid credit card for deposit.

I confirmed these details multiple times on the phone, the sales representative assured me the deal was correct: 3 hours, 3 movers, $350 total. She also explained that if I went over, I’d simply be charged an hourly rate. Since my move was very small and couldn’t possibly take more than 3 hours, I agreed.

I was scheduled for a 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM move, but the movers arrived 2 hour late at 11:00 AM. On moving day, September 30, I paid the remaining $150 in cash and signed the paperwork at 11:25 AM, which is when the movers started the clock he said. By 1:15 PM, they had already finished loading everything onto the truck, leaving about an hour of the scheduled time unused, before heading to my new place, one mover told me he needed 20 minutes to call his boss. I specifically asked if the clock would still be running during that time, and he said “No.” Confident that I still had plenty of time left, I let them continue since it’s still under the 3-hour window.

However, I was shocked when they delivered me a final bill for almost $4,000. The invoice falsely claimed 5.5 hours of labor plus one hour travel time – even though:
• They were scheduled for 9 AM but didn’t arrive until 11:10AM to be correct.
• The entire job took less than 2 hours.
• Travel distance was under 1 mile.
• Most of my belongings were already packed in boxes.

When I spoke with the boss, she had no idea the movers arrived late and that nearly everything was already packed. She falsely claimed the movers used additional materials how would she know, which was not true. During our call, she threatened that if I didn’t pay, they would take my belongings to an unknown location, hold them until I paid AND IT HAS TO BE MONEY ORDER OR CASH only and even pursue the matter in court she said. She also insisted that as long as we were on the phone, the clock would continue running even though the movers had told me earlier that it would not.

This company blatantly misrepresented their pricing, ignored agreements on the phone with representatives, and attempted to extort thousands of dollars for a simple local move. They did not fully disclose all the details, and they only accept money orders or cash no credit or debit cards which I didn’t even know until she emailed me the receipt.

I will continue to leave reviews about this company until justice is served. People deserve to know the truth and avoid doing business with them.

🚨 Beware: Liberty Express Vanlines is dishonest, misleading, and a complete rip-off.

Unfair Business Practices – Minor Left Without Return Ticket

This is the worst airline agency I have ever dealt with. I purchased a ticket from this agency and also paid for baggage fees on both the outbound and return flights, as well as seat selections for both legs, for a total of $563, which I paid by card. The next day, I received what appeared to be both the outbound and return ticket details. Since my daughter is only 16 and traveling alone, I called the airline directly to confirm. To my shock, the airline informed me that I only had an outbound ticket and no return. It turned out the agency staff had only submitted the outbound flight information to the airline. For the return flight, they claimed I needed to pay extra even though I had already paid in full. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning, especially because my daughter is a minor and cannot travel alone on a one-way ticket. I purchased a round trip ticket, not a one way, yet I was forced to pay additional money in the end.

Aside from the inexperienced staff

Aside from the inexperienced staff, even the manager behaves in a way that’s not respectable. I had opened a membership for my daughter and already canceled it by going to the fitness center and canceling directly with the manager almost two months ago. But today, the gym still charged the monthly fee from my account, which is the worst experience. This fitness center continues to behave poorly with no improvements at all.

After that, I called just now, and once again an inexperienced staff member answered and told me the manager wasn’t there, and that the manager would handle it later. That was their response. It’s terrible, and there’s nothing more to say to describe how awful this place really is.

Terrible company and product. I placed an order totaling five grandsons a month ago, and the company messed up by leaving out the youngest grandson’s name. They asked me to place a new order and provided a discount code. This is unacceptable.

I ordered this dress online

Be aware!

I bought this dress for an important event and ordered a size small, which is my usual size. However, when it arrived, it didn’t fit at all. I immediately put it back in the box and emailed the company to request a return. While I appreciated the option for overnight shipping, which I paid for, the fit was my primary concern. I placed the dress back in the box and contacted the company again.

Unfortunately, I was informed that the item couldn’t be returned, only exchanged for a different size. The company makes it very difficult to return items, so I had no choice but to request a different size. By the time the exchange process started, I missed the event because I didn’t have the dress to wear. When I inspected the dress, I found several defects, which was extremely disappointing considering the price. I even took a video and sent it to the company.

The quality of this item does not justify the cost as well as sizing is off. I’m sharing my honest experience to warn others don’t buy from this company. I was willing to pay a premium for what I expected to be a high quality product, but instead, I received not only sizing off but a defective item . The company doesn’t take these issues seriously, and their difficult return policy raises concerns about their business practices.

If you’re considering purchasing from this company, be aware that you may not be able to return defective items, and the quality might not match the price. I will continue to share honest reviews based on my experience. Stay away from this company and their products.

This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever come across a $1,000 dress, And they won’t exchange it for my size. They expecting me to accept a size 6 and have a seamstress adjust it. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. Dont buy From this Company!!!

This company does not comply with consumer protection laws by refusing refunds and fair exchanges. They declined my request for the correct size and forced me to accept a size they had in stock. I recommend avoiding this company and contacting your state’s consumer protection office if you experience similar issues. Their practices are unacceptable.

Customer service is terrible.After…

Customer service is terrible.After placing an order and awaiting the information to confirm the delivery date, no one has contacted me regarding this information. The next thing I know, my order has been canceled. According to the representative, I need to reorder and pay $250. I do not believe Tesla's customer service is the smartest propel. They are not trained to solve problems, but rather to avoid them. I find it very sad.
