Cowboy company
After learning the event in Gunnersbury Park we had purchased tickets for had been cancelled I applied for a refund. Simple. However, two months later still no sign of the money being sent to my account. Despite a series of initially helpful emails -including one stating the date the monies were allegedly sent - still no sign of £84.50. Having contacted my bank to try and rally back up to help retrieve what was rightfully mine there was a frustrating silence from Ticketet. Most importantly no contact number or satisfactory way to communicate direct with a human being or representative, only a series of emails sent into the ether. Having read other reviews there is clearly a pattern of behaviour here. I will not stop until I have received a full refund - and ideally an apology. Shocking customer service, I worry how many customers lose the will to fight for what is theirs leaving this cowboy company to leach money from innocent people. REF 2304585.
