Absolute Rubbish, no real customer service and its not free. They even have a special auto reply entitled
Code for pissed off customers, but that's not working either. I only gave 1 star for being so unprofessional.

I have changed to British Gas and have…

I have changed to British Gas and have had confirmation from BG that my account is up and running. Octopus say they have had no notice of my changing suppliers and continue to bill me.
I have had nothing but problems with Octopus,
the billing system was all over the place and I could never get to speak to a real live person in order to get things sorted out. In my opinion Octopus is the worst energy in living history.

A friend ordered some guitar parts for me from Temu.…

A friend ordered some guitar parts for me. Eventually the order arrived, low cost basic tools and minor replacement parts. Very cheap and nasty look like copy's of Fender (or counterfeit) any way I cant fit these parts to a parts to a genuine US Fender because the precision is unbelievable low quality and would devalue any expensive musical instrument. Will not be bothering with this company again, absolute rubbish.

Still no human reaction but thankyou…

Still no human reaction but thankyou for your auto generated reply. Your company must have a very small number of staff, I also note it has only taken 3 months for a reply from PG.
It must be really hard work having to make yet another phone call to make another order for even more electronic rubbish from China.
Please note in addition to my previous comments, the spark 2 amp is only equal to a small low priced basic shoe box amp and and can defiantly not be compared to any quality amp with a 40 W power rate. It has in my opinion the overall power and and the poor tone quality of a budget priced 20 W cheap gizmo. However I do like the container "nice box".

Well here we go again

Well here we go again, another company with very impressive advertising stating that products are probably the best on the market. When you place an order your money is removed from your bank even before you have put your phone down. Your order arrives about a week or so later and you cant help getting a little excited with the unboxing in anticipation of trying out your bright shiny new all singing all dancing new high end very expensive electronic gizmo. Well you soon come down from the clouds after two days of trying to synchronise your new toy to work as advertised as stated in all the glossy videos and online advertising. So now after you have pulled your hair out trying to make this stupid thing work, the painful truth hits. You have spent your hard earned cash and it don't do what the vender said it would. Because nobody these days is able to pick up the phone and speak human to human and the problem is not going to be sorted out any time soon. So you look into trying to get a refund, OK then they tell you it will take 10 days. Not just returned to your bank with the same lightning speed your funds was removed. Anyway the product Spark Amp 2 , still is not working and I cant really comment on any positive comments because none of the online possibility's has been possible because it don't work. Yet again, Absolute rubbish customer service. I think Positive Grid really needs to be a more positive company. How many more disappointed customers do they need ? My advice to anybody that would like to try PGs products, I have since noticed loads of used Spark stuff very cheap on eBay, including the new Spark 2.
I have also decided that in the future I will not purchase anything on line without first checking for a working customer service telephone number.

Absolute Rubbish

Absolute Rubbish, I downloaded and paid for a 3 device system. After 5 days I still had not been sent a product code to activate it. I have now cancelled my payment and hopefully my funds will be returned to my bank in 10 days time ??? I would never purchase any products from Norton again, absolute rubbish customer service.

Royal Mail, Fali Again In Broken Briton.

I got scammed online 19th December 2024 just before Christmas. I had to suspend my bank account in order to stop funds being taken from my account. It is now my birthday 07/01/2025, 75 years old now.
I still have not received a new card from my bank it was posted on 20th December 2024. I only had a small amount of cash to get me through Christmas and new years. Completely out of cash now and I am unable to make any payments other than my standing orders. My car is about to run out of insurance. Have had to order another card from my bank should arrive
soon I hope ?? Thankyou Royal mail, you have completely ruined my Christmas and birthday.

Absolute rubbish company. After around 10 years of paying an absolute fortune fore giffgaff G/bags, I have finally had enough of not being able to speak to a qualified customer service person. It is impossible
to navigate the web site and unless you want to make a purchase or upgrade your payments you need to be a computer expert to make any progress. Constant text and emails from them but no help. I am now free.

NexoPtrics is a complete scam

NexoPtrics is a complete scam, unfortunately I fell for there BS of £39 before it turned into over £150.
I wish I had reviewed them on Trust pilot before I made the purchase. They have taken two payments from my Bank and I have had to freeze my debit card this near to Christmas so that they cant screw me for any more. After reading other peoples reviews I now understand what A Hols NexoPtrics are. It sure is going to be a cold Christmas for this OAP.

I was going to bye my glasses from SelectSpecs.

I was going to bye my glasses from Select specs, but after going online to see what all the fantastic advertising was about I found that it was so complicated to order. I require varifocals, you will end up paying top rates for them around the same price you would pay from any other optician such as i.e. Specsavers or Boots. all the £6 £8 £10 they offer is just simple rubbish, if you need proper glasses go to a real optician.

We can confirm that our advertising does state that our glasses start from £6 including our single vision basic lenses - our advertising is correct and complies with the ASA.

For varifocals, we do not actively promote this product type in our advertising, but our multifocal lenses are competively priced when compared with our competitors.

My Car was damaged at the car wash in…

My Car was damaged at the car wash in IMO Cabot Lane. Poole Dorset on the 14//6/23.
Completely broke off the passenger side wiper control arm, this is not reparable and will cost £75.60 to replace for a new one from VW. I completed the damage report form at the car wash on the 14/06/23 and have not received any communication from them.
