Minus 5 stars would be generous

Avoid this company at all costs if you wish to maintain your sanity. This branch is a complete and utter disgrace. Senior management and Warwick Long in particular refuse to communicate to customers or even allow their staff to reveal their contact details. I have advised them that I will be referring them to their regulators and instructing my solicitors for their appalling behaviour which is tantamount to fraud and definitely not what I would expect of HSBC. Avoid avoid avoid

Delays, cancellations and breakdowns

Yet again our sailing has been the subject of a serious delay, this time in excess of 3 hours which we have only discovered by checking the website. In the past, we have at least been notified by text, email or phone. This time absolutely nothing despite booking directly with the company and their having all our contact details. Senior management should hold their heads in shame and consider their position given this pitiful attitude towards their customers.

Update, notice of delayed sailing received around 10am, approximately 8 hours after we were due to sail. A wasted return journey to Heysham from Atherton of over 100 miles as staff at Heysham did not know when the ferry would actually sail. In the end the website indicated that it was well over 6 hours late.

Could be somuch easier

1. An app is needed
2. I have to enter a lot of my personal details every time i make a booking such as nationality when these could be remembered by you
3. None of my partners details are remembered and have to be input for every booking
4. Trying to find the cheapest fare requires a lot of time and effort. I suggest that you look at EasyJets website

Totally unacceptable

Requested delivery updates - none received. Then despite the fact that we were in throughout the delivery time window UPS claim that nobody was in and have diverted the package to a collection hub without leaving a message. Totally unacceptable.

Hidden overcharging resulting from dubious business practices

Watch out for your bill in the first month. I have been charged for a full month but Tesco Mobile have chosen a billing date which is only 14 days after my commencement. When i phoned Customer Services, they refused to pro-rate the bill according to the number of days and refused to let me talk to a manager. According to my calculations, Tesco Mobile could be overcharging its customers by as much as £90 million over each contract cycle.

Do not call back

Phone them twice to enquire about the purchase of two high end Cube e-bikes for myself and my partner. I was promised a reply to my question but not having received a reply, I called again the next morning. Same promise of a reply but still nothing.
If they are so unresponsive if when you are about to buy, heavens knows what they would be like if you have a problem with your order.
I will be buying from my local bike shop who actually turned out to be slightly cheaper.
