I have bought many samples throughout the last 2-3 years from this site and even though sometimes they are slow to deliver they have super good customer care and comunication. There was a little problem with my last order and the seller went above and beyond to satisfy me! I have recommended to my friends before and will recommend here to everyone too!

My bad experience in short:
Me and my brother's wife have gaming laptos from this producer. My laptop was broken from the start, it would critically heat up at standby/just while looking at the desktop without anything turned on, it broke down, as expected, and had to be sent back to get fixed, where they changed the motherboard and took a long time get it back. Worked better after receiveing it but again broke down had to send it back to them, they kept laptop from December to March, I constantly called them to remind them to fix this and that, change paste and check one of the USB's and they kept reassuring me. No one informed me that I have a 3 month warranty after geting it fixed. I received laptop in March, they didn't know if paste was changed and said that they checked the USB and it's ok, I requested a thorough information regarding what was done with laptop including paste change and they reasured me that they will send me an email. I work as a doctor and mostly over night, I have many responisbilities and things to do more important. I recently noticed that I can't use the USB that I kept asking them to fix. I have not used that usb since I got it back. It is mid Jun now and still no reply regarding my query from March. I called them to ask what they did with my usb port and if they changed my cooling paste in the previous fixing. The PCS staff was unable to give me an answer and said that I need to send the laptop back for them to have a look and fix it and I will have to pay for everything, transport and other repairs. I told him that this was supposed to get fixed since the previous event and I constantly called them in those months to make sure they do their job properly and they still didn't do their job, I told him I m going to give them a well earned bad review and will fix it myself at a loca pc repair so it doesn't rot again in their warehouse for another good months. My brother's wife also got a faulty laptop, her laptop's battery would not charge and she send it back multiple times, every time they would fix something and send it back and still battery would die in less than a week and last event they had to change the motherboard because they didn't change the battery in the first place and that ruined everyting in the laptop. Absolutely unprofessional and superficial team. So dissapointed and time wasters. I bought from them an expensive laptop in Magnesium exterior so don't immagine I had a trash laptop. I would not recommend these guys. Good luck!

Hello everyone! I bought Oud Satin Mood from them and got the following: Original box + fake bottle. There you have it. The liquid in the bottle didn t even smell like anything, bot sticker totally fake and bottle didn t even fit the siluete in the box. I requested refund and informed them that they are doing ilegal activities, received refund for item not for transport aswell. Trash!
