When I made a reservation(on May 1) on Viator for a cabaret show at the Crazy Horse in Paris, for 18 September 2024,I expected to receive an actual ticket. Instead I only received a REDEEMABLE VOUCHER,which I found unusual,because when I made reservations on other sites in the past, I received a TICKET in exchange for my money. The same happened when I paid for an Eiffel Tower ticket. I only received an UNDERTAKING that the ticket would be e-mailed to me 2 - 4 days before the event.
