What I assumed would be an easy…

What I assumed would be an easy run-of-the-mill buying process turned into rather the nightmare process.
I had an incorrect bed colour delivered and tried many times to get this rectified, I kept being informed they would be coming to exchange the bed on more than one occasion was told they would be coming on such a day before 8:30pm and waited in many times to no avail as they did not adhere to.
It was only by me being persistent as in constantly contacting them via the telephone numbers and messaging via WhatsApp that it was eventually sorted.
Some of the so-called advisors are not as truthful as perhaps they should be and really bad manners that one of them actually hung up the telephone on me as I was being polite, but firm as was becoming very exasperating trying to sort a refund out for a missing item too.

Tender Sleep Furniture do everything mainly via WhatsApp, which is not necessarily suitable to all.
They do have more than one telephone number and have to say that neither are particularly helpful.
You have to be very persistent to sort things out, albeit I would not recommend as can become far too stressful / frustrating.

The bed they eventually sourced has been fine.
Thank you to the advisor who did actually help.

Review of Parcel2Go

Poor Service & Communication

Used this service for a parcel to be collected and returned having to input size of parcel, measurements, weight and contents, which was done correctly. Parcel collected via Evri and assumed I would hear back once delivered.
Instead I received an email stating that Evri could not deliver my parcel as the weight was incorrect and not 1kg or under and instead 1.6kg - I know this to be incorrect as the parcel was weighed so we knew the exact weight. I was informed that I had to pay an extra including VAT £4.24 on top of the £4 fee already paid.
I was most frustrated regarding this as no way to contact Parcel2go to query this instead you have to find the details on the website send details including an image of the parcel - Rather impossible as the parcel had already been sent and an image would not confirm the weight - Either way a terrible service all round, no contact via a telephone number and Evri have an incredible cheek to charge what they do as they do not treat parcels with the greatest of care as has been experienced many times.

Would not recommend nor use again.

Turnaround Longer Than Expected .......

From placing the order to delivering was not as quick as we were hoping, albeit all delivered fine and items in perfect condition.

Easy to use website with enough payment options to suit.

May use again as long as we were not in too much of a hurry to receive.

Reasonable Delivery ...............

Delivery was supposed to be between 8am - 11am, albeit received a text just after 9am stating they had broken down and waiting for the RAC - Order eventually arrived around 13:30
Understandably, these things happen, just unfortunate.

The two delivery drivers were great lifting all the packages into the designated area as rather heavy items - Thank you.

Always Great Service .......

QVC UK are hassle free to use, convenient with a wide array of items.

The Postage charges could be cheaper especially for some items and when purchasing multiple as the postal charges are not combined and normally you end up paying quite high p&p costs,
