What I assumed would be an easy run-of-the-mill buying process turned into rather the nightmare process.
I had an incorrect bed colour delivered and tried many times to get this rectified, I kept being informed they would be coming to exchange the bed on more than one occasion was told they would be coming on such a day before 8:30pm and waited in many times to no avail as they did not adhere to.
It was only by me being persistent as in constantly contacting them via the telephone numbers and messaging via WhatsApp that it was eventually sorted.
Some of the so-called advisors are not as truthful as perhaps they should be and really bad manners that one of them actually hung up the telephone on me as I was being polite, but firm as was becoming very exasperating trying to sort a refund out for a missing item too.
Tender Sleep Furniture do everything mainly via WhatsApp, which is not necessarily suitable to all.
They do have more than one telephone number and have to say that neither are particularly helpful.
You have to be very persistent to sort things out, albeit I would not recommend as can become far too stressful / frustrating.
The bed they eventually sourced has been fine.
