Have you received our order?
My mother made an order yesterday (28th May) for a Rattan Headboard, priced £189 with free delivery. However, she has not received any confirmation email. We have also tried calling the company (using the 020 3807 7216 number listed on your website) but the line is dead.
She has been given a reference number (2 echikea 3). So we are currently unsure as to whether she will actually receive her order. Her name is Yen Lee.

Thank you for your message, we are really sorry to hear you haven't received your order confirmation. Furthermore, our telephone switchboard was exceptionally closed on Thursday, we do apologise. Following your request, we checked the status of your order. We can confirm to you that the order has been well processed, and it is currently being prepared in our warehouse. We sent a message to the email address used to place the order, with the order confirmation as well as the tracking link and number.
