Sunglasses never received
Bought a pair of sunglasses on october 25 (I bought more than 10 pair of sunglasses in the previous years). I was at home, their courier never came, i only received a message “item delivered”; I then went down searching for it in the courtyard, even neighbor’s, there was nothing. I even spoke to another courier that came for deliveries later that day and he said he didn’t have my delivery planned.
I opened a claim to hawkers for “order not received” and hawkers kept saying “item delivered” and closing the ticket every single time.
I gave up after 4/5 emails leading to nothing but frustration.
I lost 50 euros and won’t buy again, too bad cause the glasses are well made.
