Excellent service

Apart from a glitch in arranging a visit due to a change in email address . No repair can be carried out unless you respond to the email. A phone call if there is no response? Once that was sorted out repair was arranged within a week. The engineers who attended were extremely pleasant, professional and did a great job. Mark and ? . Fire has begin working brilliantly since then.

Occasionally things can go wrong with your fire or stove, but at Stovax ltd we work hard to make sure that we can resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. To do this sometimes we have to ask our customers for additional information so that we can make sure that the correct parts are on our engineer’s van, ready for the visit.

Unfortunately, as we had the incorrect email for you, it appears you didn’t receive our request for more information which delayed the processing of your service. However, once it was realised, we did prioritise you for a visit and our engineer was out within a week.

It is great that once our engineers were on site they were able to resolve your issue, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fire.

I will pass on your comments to Kenny and Adam as I know they will be pleased.

Installers were very helpful and…

Installers were very helpful and friendly the whole process took a lot longer than planned due to issues linking it with “the pod” . I had no where to be but if I had it would have been difficult
