I finally had an issue with WineSpies. Everything has been stellar with them so far and their prices can't be beat! But everyone eventually has a hiccup. This was a very slight hiccup but that didn't stop Agent Brut from stepping in and taking control and getting it fixed in minutes! The service from these guys is impeccable. Tons of businesses are suffering from a lack of customer service because many people just don't care. Wine Spies is the exact opposite. It seems like these guys love their jobs and they show it by being very very good at it.

I'm so glad I found this company! The wine deals they post are excellent, but more than that is the customer service and customer interactions. They truly take care of their customers! Particularly Agent Shiraz and Agent Brut. You can message them about a request or issue and your taken care of right away. This company really does put the customer first. Even their shipping department is top notch. The wine arrives safe and cool and ready to enjoy! Great job Wine Spies!
