This is an absolute SCAM of a place.Difficult booking system, (Covent Garden salon no less) Romey was late, unhelpful, didn’t care about the manicure they were giving, left halfway through manicure and handed to a colleague who also said she would ‘rescue what she could’ of my manicure. Wrote to customer care who gave me points towards another procedure there that i don’t want. I had to redo my nails the next day cause they were bubbling and chipping. They didn’t care much that the system doesn’t work to search efficiently or book different treatments together. Basically worst out of any salon i have been to, have had MUCH better mani pedis from my local at 1/4 price. The only luxury is the price. Rude and redundant.
