TrustPilot needs some common sense

I'm 76 years old. When my Driver's License and Passport both expired, there was no need to renew. I'll never be driving, or cashing a check, etc., again. I've never had a problem with ID until TrustPilot has decided that I can't be a real person without valid ID, thus not qualified to be a verified reviewer. How about some common sense?

Review of Nuts

Original Nuts is gone, not forgotten

I've been a customer for quite some time. It very easy to buy when you click on past purchases. This review replaces all my previous 5's anywhere. My old orders were always substantial. This time, I can only find 3 to buy. All the rest were discontinued. Those products were what built that place. It's a shame the new young regime seems to have forgotten that. Don't get me wrong. The 3 I can still buy are bargains both healthy and priced very fair. I'd stock up but they're perishable.

Review of Mint Mobile

Too good to be true

When they sell you, everything sounds great. I wish I had seen these previous reviews first. On 7/29, Mint Mobile charged my card $802.94. This was to cover a Samsung S25 and a year of service. As I am typing this, on 8/30, I have no useable phone at all. May I relate to zero stars here? All I wanted was to disable the voice mail for my own legal reason. They tried twice. The first time it worked for a few days, then I started getting more voice mail notifications. I called back to 611, and explained again. This time I was told to restart the phone, and the voice mail would be gone. It might be, but I wouldn't know. My phone won't even accept my pin #. It's completely disabled. When they sell you, they fervently explain that they save so money by not having stores. Well, isn't that special? The only way to get their attention now is to declare the fraud to the credit card company. It's also the only way I could ever get my money back
