Customer service and delivery
Ordered s25 ultra for around £700 which is quite a bit cheaper rrp in UK so fairly pleased with that.
The customer service was spot on,very responsive but don't bother emailing which doesn't really work in my experience use their website and submit enquiry.
I was expecting it to arrive much later but to my surprise it arrived quick from the date of dispatch.
Their tracking number don't work but I don't really care anymore since I got the product quick but that might just be DHL fault.
Overall I do recommend them. Fast customer service and delivery.
Side note think carefully before you buy if you choose to cancel even before dispatch they will take off like 10% of the refund.
