Absolute sh!t show, I had perfect replies up until I sent the money. The replies then went upto a week at a time and I would have attached pictures if they let you. I had to message multiple times over multiple platforms over multiple days to get any response, my tracking wasn’t sent after 4 days like they said it would I had to get this from them like a week or more after ordering. I ordered my coats on the 19th of september and recieved them last week of october after being told the delivery days would be upto 15 working days. When asking for updates when they wasn’t delivered again response time was shocking. When i’ve now finally recieved my order I have one wrong coat and have messaged about this to try and get it resolved again with no response for a further 3 days.
Woukd not recommend and also I would attach pictures for reciepts of this terrible customer service but you cannot add them
